What I enjoy most about my job is the opportunity to solve complex problems and make a meaningful impact on both the client and employee experience. I love collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve digital services and finding ways to make our processes more efficient. It's rewarding to see how small improvements can lead to a better, more seamless banking experience for everyone.
What’s your greatest strength as a business professional?
My greatest strength as a business professional is my ability to stay solutions-focused while navigating complex challenges. I’m highly collaborative, which helps me build strong relationships across departments and align efforts toward shared goals. It’s something my colleagues appreciate and that I take pride in bringing to every interaction.
What is your favorite classic rock group from the ‘70s? How about from the ‘90s?
From the ‘70s, I’m a big fan of Led Zeppelin — their powerful riffs and legendary performances really defined the era for me. Skipping forward, I might have to go with the Backstreet Boys — because who doesn’t love some pop classics, right?
If you could instantly know how to play any instrument, what would it be? Why that one? Maybe you already play an instrument.
If I could instantly learn any instrument, it would be the piano. It’s such a versatile and expressive instrument, and I admire how it can bring so much emotion into a piece of music; the piano has a special way of connecting people through sound. That said, I already play the daf, a traditional Iranian frame drum. It’s a large, circular percussion instrument with a rich cultural significance in Persian music. Playing the daf requires both rhythm and finesse, and I enjoy how it brings people together — its deep, resonant tones have a way of energizing a room. It’s also a wonderful connection to cultural traditions that I value deeply.
