How do I enroll in Zelle®?

It’s easy — Zelle is available for personal checking accounts within Fremont Bank’s mobile banking app and online banking as part of our Payments Services! To access Zelle, you must enroll in Payment Services through Personal Online Banking first. Once enrolled, you can access Zelle from Personal Online Banking or the mobile banking app. We recommend you enroll before someone sends you money – this will help you get your first Zelle payment faster.

Enroll in the Payment Services: 

  1. Log in to Personal Online Banking and select the Payments tab
  2. Click Enroll and accept the Terms of Services and Privacy Policy
  3. Review your information and complete the validation step
  4. Select what else can I do? on bottom right corner
  5. Select the Send Money With Zelle tab
  6. Register your Email or Phone number within Zelle, and confirm your account

You are ready to send money with Zelle.

Already Enrolled in the Payment Services:

Access Zelle through Online Banking

  • Log in to Personal Online Banking 
  • Select the Payments tab
  • Select Send Money with Zelle, or if you don't see that option, select what else can I do

Access Zelle through the Mobile App

  • Log in to Fremont Bank mobile app
  • Under Quick Links, select Send money with Zelle

How do I enroll in Personal Online Banking if I only have Mortgage or Home Equity loans with Fremont Bank?

Please review your loan funding package for instructions on how to enroll.


How do I allow pop-ups in Online Banking using the Safari internet browser?

If pop-ups for Payments or External Transfers are being blocked by Safari's pop-up blocker, follow the steps below to change your browser preferences to allow pop-up windows from Fremont Bank while in online banking.

  1. Select Safari > Preferences, then select on Websites at the top of the window
  2. Select Pop-up Windows on the left side
  3. Use the When visiting other websites drop-down menu to Allow on fremontbank.com

How do I make my Mortgage or Home Equity loan payment online?

You can make your loan payment and sign up for automatic loan payments in Personal Online Banking.

  1. Log in and click on your loan account
  2. Click on Make a Payment
  3. Choose a Payment Option

Can I wire funds online?

Business clients can sign up for the ability to wire funds in Business Online Banking. Personal wires must be done in a branch.

How do I enroll in Online Bill Pay?

Online Bill Pay is available to anyone currently enrolled in our Personal Online Banking service and has a checking account.

How to pay a bill

  1. After you log in, select Payments and follow the enrollment steps
  2. Add a Company or Person to pay (you can browse names or add a company or individual)
  3. Choose when and how much you want to pay. Select Make Payments and you’re done!

What is my limit for Zelle®?

After you selected a recipient from your contact list (under the Send tab), click on the Limits icon to see how much you can send.

How do I find my account numbers?

On your statements

Find your account number on the top right corner of your statement by logging in to your online banking, and select Documents to download the statement, or locate your account number on the paper statement.


On your checks

Find your account number on the bottom of your checks


Where can I find my ABA routing number?

Fremont Bank has one ABA Routing Number for electronic payments (direct deposits, automatic payments) and ordering checks: 121107882

Mobile Banking

Can I deposit a check with the Mobile App?

With the Fremont Bank Mobile Banking App you can deposit your check almost anytime and anywhere. Simply log-in and tap Deposit, enter the amount, snap a picture of the front and back and you are done.

Online Banking

Can I transfer funds from my Fremont Bank deposit accounts to my other deposit accounts at another financial institution?

Yes! You can send and receive money between your Fremont Bank deposit accounts and your deposit accounts at other financial institutions by sending an External Transfer.

Get Started:

  1. Log in to Personal Online Banking
  2. Select the Transfer tab, then select External Transfers
  3. Click the Add an Account link and follow the steps to add your non-Fremont Bank account.
  4. Once your account has been validated, you will be ready to send and receive funds.
