I have been working for Fremont bank for five years this coming November! I am a Personal Banker at the Brentwood office, and my day-to-day consists of opening personal and business accounts and assisting with branch transactions and operations. I also help clients with account-related inquiries and issues, and monitor clients' accounts to ensure proper handling and compliance with regulations.
What do you enjoy the most about your job? What excites you about your job when you start your day?
I love meeting new people and building relationships. I get to see clients and help them with their finances. Being a Personal Banker means always evolving and staying up to date with new products, services, and market trends, which I find intellectually engaging.

I pride myself on being able to clearly explain complex financial concepts in a way that clients can easily understand, utilizing my strong verbal and written communication skills. My commitment is to provide excellent customer service and go above and beyond for clients.
Any favorite past or present hobbies when not at work?
I love food! So when I hang out with friends and family, we always eat! I also dance hula on a weekly basis and perform at events!
If you could instantly know how to play any instrument, what would it be? Why that one? Maybe you already play an instrument.
Fun fact: When I was little, I always wanted to learn how to play guitar. I borrowed my neighbor's guitar just to strum it and pretend that I knew how. Fast-forward to my teenage years, and I was given the opportunity to learn — and I did! I was even part of a teen center band called Potato Couch. We used to perform at festivals, events, and even at bars and clubs in LA! Sadly, we all grew up and disbanded.
