What is the cutoff time for outgoing wire transfers to be sent the same day?

To process a wire transfer we must receive your completed payment order and enter it into our system by the cutoff time. The cutoff times are as follows, all times are Pacific Time:
 
1:00pm for tax payments
2:45pm for international wire transfers
3:00pm for all other wire transfers
