How can I download my year-end tax documents?

If you have a deposit account with Fremont Bank,

To access your documents on our mobile app:

Tap on the Menu - located on the bottom right hand corner
Tap on Statements and Forms
Tap on Tax Documents
Select the Tax Year
Tap EOY-1098 Notices and then tap on Get eDocument
Choose to email or text it to yourself and click Done

To access your documents on a desktop/laptop:

Log in to your deposit account at Fremontbank.com
Click on Statements and Forms
Click on Tax Documents
Select the Tax Year
Choose the document you would like to view
Click on Get eDocument
Print or Save your document

If you have a Home Loan or HELOC with Fremont Bank,

To access your documents on our mobile app:

Select your Mortgage account
Scroll down to Quick Links and tap the hamburger menu on the right
Tap on Statements/Documents
Scroll down and tap on 1098/1099
Tap on the document you would like to view

To access your documents on a desktop/laptop:

Log in and select your Mortgage account
Click on Statements/Documents
Scroll down to 1098/1099 Forms
Click on 1098/1099 Forms
Click on the document you would like to view
Print or Save your document
