How do I enroll in Face or Fingerprint ID?

Before you begin, ensure Face or Fingerprint ID is enabled in the settings on your phone.
  1. At the login screen, select Face ID or Touch ID. You can also set up Face/Touch ID once logged in by going to the left navigation menu in the app and tap Preferences > Security Preference.
  2. Enter your Fremont Bank username and password to confirm activation of Face/Touch ID and select Authorize.
  3. You will be prompted by a pop-up asking “Do you want to allow Fremont Bank to use Face/Touch ID?” Select Ok.
  4. You are now enrolled in Face/Touch ID!
