Hello, I’m Deborah Willis, Senior Branch Manager at Fremont Bank, where I’ve proudly served for more than two decades. I’ve launched two branches from the ground up, applying intentional listening, strong leadership, and a client‑focused approach to drive growth and exceptional service. My work has been recognized with honors, including multiple Elite Awards, President’s Club distinctions, and recognition as one of Fremont Bank’s “Women Leaders” in Diablo Valley Magazine and the San Francisco Business Times. I serve as Co‑President of Black Professionals at Fremont Bank. Outside of work, I enjoy time with my family, live music, historical reading, and staying active outdoors
