If you have a personal banking account, you cannot use the same login for both personal and business accounts. Each account requires a unique login ID. Be sure to log in using the specific ID assigned to each account.

If you have the same login ID for both your business and personal accounts, Business Services will contact you with detailed access instructions to ensure a smooth transition. As part of the process, you’ll be required to create a second unique login ID to differentiate between the two accounts. You can access online banking using smartphones, tablets, and desktops. Both iOS and Android devices are supported.

Yes, some features have been renamed or repositioned within the navigation on the new platform.

With the new system, you'll need to reset your alert preferences for Account and Transaction alerts, including ACH and Wire transaction alerts. It only takes a few easy steps!

1. Log in to the new Online Banking application
2. Click Services
3. Select Set Up Alerts
   1. For account alerts, click Manage Account Alerts
   2. For ACH and Wire alerts, click Alert options
      1. Select Online Transaction Alerts

Yes, you can set up alerts for Account, Date, History, Insufficient Funds, and Transactions. Alerts can be delivered through the system’s secure mailbox, email, phone, or text. Additionally, dual authorization via alerts is available to ensure transactions receive proper approvals.

Our payment screens have a new look and feel and are streamlined to make it more intuitive. We are also adding a new feature where you can upload your payment recipient information.

The new system allows template names up to 20 characters, which you can customize.

Your ACH transfers are moved to the new system as templates, with numbers added to make each name unique for easy identification.

Templates unused for over 24 months need to be re-created in the new system.

The last two years of tax payments can be found in the Online Activities Center. Moving forward, you'll need to create new Tax transfer.

Your Bill Pay Admin needs to select the primary funding account and assign access to other users.
