Greetings, I’m Ron La Russa a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager with Fremont Bank. I have over 15 years of real estate lending experience as both an appraiser and as a Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer. My lending experience includes Multifamily, Shopping Centers, Office and Industrial properties as well as Construction loans. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Southern California in Business Administration and the University of Washington's Pacific Coast Banking School graduate program. My experience allows me to quickly evaluate loan requests to find quick and creative competitive solutions to my clients request including complicated transactions.
