Fremont Bank offers support to North Bay fire relief victims

Bay Area based Fremont Bank rallies to assist families and homeowners impacted by the California fires.

Fremont Bank has established a dedicated hotline and email address for clients who have been impacted by this disaster, in addition to forming internal task forces prepared to help clients recover and rebuild in the days, weeks, and months ahead.   Impacted clients can reach the Bank’s Disaster Support group at 1-855-819-9510 (8am to 7pm M-F and 9am-2pm Sat) or email at disaster.support@fremontbank.com.

Fremont Bank President & CEO Andrew Mastorakis commented “We understand that these are challenging times for those impacted by the fires – which include our clients, families, and friends.  When tragedy strikes our communities, we feel an obligation to get involved. I am proud of our associates who independently organized to contribute to the relief efforts in a variety of ways.”

In addition to establishing communication channels, the Bank cancelled their annual company picnic, scheduled for October 14, and donated the 830 pounds of food they had planned to serve. Further, Fremont Bank associates organized donation stations at the company’s operation centers and continue to gather food and goods that are in demand. “We are a community bank; we serve the needs of our communities, no matter the circumstance, and we will continue to look for ways to support our neighbors who have been impacted”, said Mastorakis.

Thanks for the note. We love to see our clients looking for opportunities to help. Currently, we don't offer an automated transfer from your Fremont Bank account to organizations supporting fire relief victims. Thank you for the suggestion.
