Fremont Bank Opens New Location in Newark; Grand Opening August 4
FREMONT, California - July 19, 2011 - Fremont Bank, a leading full-service community bank in Northern California, opened its new Newark branch on June 27, 2011. This branch is a freestanding relocation of the bank's in-store Safeway location and is still in the same shopping center located at 5829 Jarvis Avenue, Suite C, in Newark. The relocation allows Fremont Bank to provide a greater standard of client services to the residents of Newark with a much larger facility and state-of-the art, paperless deposit ATMs. The new location is now open weekdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
"We have been serving our valued Newark clients for more than 10 years, and we are pleased to offer them expanded services and convenience through the opening of this new branch," said Fremont Bank's Executive Vice President Howard Hyman. "The new location will allow easier access to the bank itself as well as provide access to additional banking offerings like safe deposit boxes and a walk-up ATM." Just like many other Fremont Bank branch locations, the new Newark branch includes a coffee bar where clients can enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate during their visit.
The grand opening is scheduled to take place on Thursday, August 4 from 6-8 p.m. Fremont Bank plans to invite select Newark residents and clients to celebrate the new location. Beverages and appetizers will be provided at the grand opening, and everyone who attends will be entered into a special raffle.
