Bank Expands Into California’s Central Valley to Provide
Wholesale

FREMONT, California - February 24, 2011 - Fremont Bank,
a leading full-service mortgage lender in California, today announced
its recent expansion into California's Central Valley to provide
wholesale mortgage lending to the region. This is the third wholesale
lending office operated by Fremont Bank and the second in the Northern
California area. The new wholesale lending office is located at
3017 Douglas Boulevard, Suite 300 in Roseville.
The office will work to build partnerships with independent mortgage
brokers and lenders and will provide funding for borrowers in the
area. Lending options include Fremont Bank's wide range of
mortgage finance programs, including residential conforming, FHA
and jumbo mortgage loans, along with personal service from an experienced
lending team.
"Expanding into the Central Valley was a natural next step for
us to build upon the many strong lender relationships already established
