Fremont Bank Appoints new Relationship Officer
FREMONT, California - December 16, 2005 - Fremont Bank is pleased to announce that Dennis Dolley
has been appointed Relationship Officer of its Carmel branch effective immediately.
As Relationship Officer, Dolley is responsible for external business development and sales with a special
focus on business and consumer deposits and loan sales. Dolley has 30 years of experience in the Financial
Services Industry. In addition to his banking background, he has extensive knowledge and experience in the
investment arena.

of banking experience and will be a great addition to our team."
Dolley is involved in several charitable organizations as well as being a member of the Board of Directors
of the Food Bank for Monterey County.
A native of Calaveras County, Dolley and his wife Diana have lived on the Monterey Peninsula for the last
six years. They have three children; Craig who lives with his wife Amy and three children in El Dorado Hills;
Corey who lives in Irvine; and Cristin who lives in Alameda.
