Currently, she’s the Branch Manager at our Mission Valley branch, and her expertise and experience runs deep. Celebrating over 10 years with Fremont Bank, we welcome to the Associate Spotlight, Marilyn Reyes! Please join us as we learn more about her pivotal role and some fun facts about her.
How long have you worked at Fremont Bank, and what do you do here?
I have been working at Fremont Bank for over 10 years. I started as a Senior Teller in 2012. I held various positions such as Lead Teller, Universal Banker, Operations Manager, and Assistant Branch Manager. I’m currently the Branch Manager at the Mission Valley branch. I oversee both the sales and service functions of the branch.
What do you enjoy the most about your job?
As the Branch Manager, I am responsible for our branch’s sales performance. I love developing new business relationships and retaining the existing ones. I constantly look for ways to offer additional products and services based on each client’s needs.
What’s your greatest strength as a business professional?
My greatest strength is the ability to seek and build client relationships. My goal is to strengthen and retain every business/client that puts their trust in the bank, and sincerely desire to assist each and every client with their financial requirements.
What's your favorite movie genre?
I've always loved the holidays since I was at a young age, and looked forward to enjoying the Christmas movies. My favorite is The Santa Clause trilogy.
What's your favorite superhero or Muppet?
When it comes to superheroes, Superman (Christopher Reeve) is my favorite.
