Prepayment penalty required. Rate fixed for the terms quoted with monthly payments amortized over 30 years. Program requires a 2% commitment fee which will be credited at the close of escrow. 1To qualify for 4-week guaranteed close, borrower must provide complete application which includes: A) rent roll and expenses, B) personal financial statement and C) two (2) years of tax returns. Fremont Bank will process and fund your loan within four (4) weeks of submission of a completed loan application. If Fremont Bank does not fund loan within four (4) week period, borrower will be refunded up to $1,000 of the application fee.
