Federal regulations limit some types of withdrawals and/or transfers from these accounts to a maximum of six (6) per statement period. Unlimited withdrawals at ATMs, in person at our branches, by mail or by messenger request. A $15 excessive transaction fee applies per transaction regardless of account balance. This is a variable rate account, rates subject to change at any time. 

1 All business accounts are subject to analysis. Monthly service charges, minimum opening deposit (currently $100 per account) and minimum balance requirements are subject to change. Excessive deposited currency/coin charge of $3 per $1,000 when deposited currency/coin exceeds $1,000 during the statement period. 

2 e-Statements for Businesses: Business Online Banking is required to receive your monthly Business Checking Account statement electronically. To receive electronic delivery services, you must have a working connection to the Internet with e-mail capability.

3 Penalty will be imposed for early withdrawal. An early withdrawal will reduce earnings. Fees may reduce earnings. At maturity, account will automatically renew at a term as stated in your initial account agreement at the then current rate.
