banking on the telephone, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, wherever you are.
To use our 24-hour automated TouchTone Banking, call (800) 359-BANK or (510) 723-5778, along with your
Personal Identification Number (PIN). To ensure your security and confidentiality using TouchTone Banking,
you must have an account number and a four-to-six digit PIN. You can change your PIN easily and as often
as needed.
- Obtain balances on your checking or savings account
- Verify that deposits have been credited to your account
- Find out which checks have cleared and request copies
- Reorder checks
