Hi, I’m Lorie Dunn, a relationship loan officer for Fremont Bank. I help potential borrowers looking to purchase their first or second home in or around the Fremont area. I even assist with investment/vacation home purchases.

When it comes to the biggest investment you may ever make – home ownership – you should know that you have a trusted, experienced partner by your side. I have helped many first-time homebuyers for over the last 10 years. Some have even needed down payment assistance programs like FHA financing, which is not a problem. When it comes to buying a home, I’ve found that patience and understanding are the two most important components.

I make it a point to not forget the individuals I have done business with in the past. I believe that a banking/lending relationship should be a long-term commitment. I want my borrowers to know that I am the 'go to person' and to think of me every time they are looking to purchase or refinance their homes.

I also have experience assisting seniors take advantage of a reverse mortgage program. Many seniors use it to supplement social security, meet unexpected medical expenses, make home improvements and more.
