Hi, I’m Domenica Gianino and I’m a relationship loan officer in the Carmel / Monterey area. I specialize in multifamily lending, helping current and prospective apartment owners and apartment managers purchase or refinance their properties of five units or more.

I like to work with mortgage brokers, giving their clients great rates on multifamily properties. I also work with realtors, assisting first-time apartment buyers who aren’t clear on the multifamily mortgage process.

I think it’s pivotal to know the market that you work in. That’s why I’m a proud resident of the Carmel area. I have worked as both an apartment manager and a multifamily broker so there is really nothing I haven’t seen when it comes to multifamily.
