My name is Cynthia Buffington and I’m a relationship loan officer with Fremont Bank. Customizability is the cornerstone of my work. As a Relationship Loan Officer I offer my clients a wide range of purchase and refinancing options; from jumbo adjustable rates to FHA financing, and I will help you analyze which mortgage programs may be the best solution for you.

My specialty is assisting first-time homebuyers, families looking to move up or empty nest buyers looking to either purchase their dream home or scale back. During my many years of experience in the residential lending industry, I have also been able to develop personal relationships with realtors to assist them by helping their clients get pre-qualified and pre-approved for the loan amounts they need.

My obligation as a Relationship Loan Officer is to keep abreast of all the new borrowing and lending programs so that you don’t have to worry about them. I believe in a continued education for the consumer and for myself; which is why I attend many Realtor events in the Tri-Valley community along with first-time home buyer seminars.

Communication is the key to success. For that reason, I make it a point to educate my clients on the purchase and/or refinancing process and the terms and conditions involved with their mortgage.

The greatest reward of being a relationship loan officer is the satisfaction of my clients which is evident in the referrals they give from friends and family members. I am a firm believer in a “Clients for Life” attitude and I provide all my borrowers with excellent service and follow through.
