You can apply online for a home equity line of credit up to $250,000, or a fixed rate or adjustable rate mortgage on our website for loan amounts up to $417,000. Special programs such as the commercial loans are not available online. Please Click Here for information about commercial loans.

Before you get started:

• We ensure your personal information is safe.
• The process takes about 15-20 minutes.
• Some information is required before you begin. See Information Required List below.
• If you need to stop before you complete the application, you can log back in to complete it later.

After you complete the application:

• We will contact you for payment of the application fee.
• We will verify all the information you provided and run a credit report to determine eligibility.
• A loan specialist will contact you to answer any questions you may have.
• We will issue a conditional approval letter where we list the documents you will need to provide via fax or US Mail. See our Borrower Checklist for more information.
• We will order a title report and appraisal on your property.
• When we receive all of your required documents and necessary reports, your loan will be reviewed for final approval.
• Once you receive a final approval on your loan, we will call you to schedule an appointment for you to sign your loan documents.
