Loans Available Online
You can apply online for a home equity line of credit up to $500,000, or a fixed rate or adjustable rate mortgage on our website for loan amounts up to $850,000. Special programs such as the construction or commercial loans are not available online. Please call (866) 997-7359 for information about these loans.

If you already have an existing Fremont Bank loan and would like to refinance to lower your rate, please call (866) 827-3083 to begin our streamlined process.

Before you get started:

  • We ensure your personal information is safe.
  • The process takes about 15-20 minutes.
  • Some information is required before you begin. See Information Required List below.
  • If you need to stop before you complete the application, you can log back in to complete it later.

After you complete the application:

  • We will process your credit or debit card for the application fee.
  • We will verify all the information you provided and run a credit report to determine eligibility.
  • A loan specialist will contact you to answer any questions you may have.
  • We will issue a conditional approval letter where we list the documents you will need to provide via fax or US Mail. See our Borrower Checklist for more information.
  • We will order a title report and appraisal on your property.
  • When we receive all of your required documents and necessary reports, your loan will be reviewed for final approval.
  • Once you receive a final approval on your loan, we will call you to schedule an appointment for you to sign your loan documents.

  • Social Security number
  • Email Address
  • Gross income amount, including secondary income sources, if applicable
  • Asset information; including the value of your banking, investment and other accounts
  • Current expenses, including housing, credit card and loan payments, and other obligations
  • Previous address if you've been in your current residence for less than two years
  • Co-borrower information, if applicable
  • Estimated purchase price (if you are purchasing a home)
  • Estimated property value (if you are refinancing a home)
  • Requested Loan Amount
  • Property address
  • Homeowner's insurance information
  • Credit card / Debit card (for application fee, may be refunded at closing)
  • Borrower's checklist
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader (to read disclosure)
