1. The Flex Option requires that all flexed accounts have identical account ownership. You can avoid the monthly service charge on only one checking account by choosing the Flex Option. Stop by any branch to have your accounts linked for the Flex Option.

2. ATM surcharges will be automatically rebated for charges assessed at any Bank-owned and operated ATM in the United States.

3. Monthly Fee on B-Mobile Student is waived for 6 years while enrolled in an accredited institution. Subject to approval. Certain restrictions apply. Students must provide proof of enrollment at an accredited institution at time of account opening. After the first 6 years, the account will be converted to a standard B-Mobile Checking account and subject to the then current checking service charges.

4. Waiver of monthly service charge on one Money Market Savings account requires that all accounts have identical account ownership.

5. A Direct Deposit of your salary, pension, Social Security, or other regular monthly income electronically deposited to your account. Transfers from one account to another, or deposits made at a branch or ATM, do not qualify as a Direct Deposit.

6. ATM surcharges will be automatically refunded for charges assessed at any bank owned and operated ATMs in the United States. Limited to 5 ATM Surcharge rebates per calendar month.

7. Subject to credit qualification.

8. Less $3 with e-Statements. Online Banking is required to receive your monthly Checking Account statement electronically. To receive electronic delivery services, you must have a working connection to the Internet with e-mail capability.
