Giving Program: Application Procedure
To be considered for funding, eligible nonprofit organizations
must:
- Complete the downloadable Fremont
Bank Application for Donation Form in its entirety. Requests
for funding will not be considered without the application form.
- Submit the following supporting documentation:
- Copy of the most recent IRS Letter of Determination providing
the organization's Federal Tax ID Number and stating it is classified
as a 501(c)(3) public charity
- List of the organization's Board of Directors
- List of sponsorship levels and benefits, if applicable
- List of Fremont Bank clients or associates involved with the
event, if any

Deadlines
To allow Fremont Bank to take full advantage of the promotional
benefits that may accompany the sponsorship of an event, the donation
request package must be submitted at least 8 weeks prior
to any deadline the organization may have for artwork or
funding needs, or at least 60 days prior to the event, whichever
comes first.
However, Fremont Bank also understands that on occasion excellent
opportunities may arise with less than the full 45-60 day application
deadline available. Every attempt will be made to accommodate these
requests, although disbursement of payment prior to the event may
not be possible under these circumstances. |
