Fremont Bank offers 1st mortgages up to 50% Loan-to-Value or Purchase Price, which ever is less. SBA (Small
Business Administration) can provide a 2nd mortgage for the difference between the Fremont Bank 1st and your
down payment. And now you will own your own building and no longer pay rent to someone else. The SBA 504
program requires pre-qualification and final approval from SBA or an affiliate who has preferred lender status.
