Fremont Bank Announces Mike Wallace As New Chairman of the Board
FREMONT,
California - July 5, 2011 - Fremont Bank, a leading full-service
community bank in Northern California, announced today the appointment
of Mike Wallace as the bank's new chairman of the board—replacing
Alan Hyman who served the position since 2006. Wallace has been
with Fremont Bank since 1973 and has previously served as the bank's
vice chairman, executive vice president, and president.
Hyman, who has been with Fremont Bank since 1975, will become vice
chairman. He has also previously served as the bank's vice chairman,
executive vice president, and president.
