Fremont Bank Welcomes Haruo Tsutsumi As Chief Credit Officer
FREMONT, California - July 12, 2010 - Fremont Bank announced today that Haruo Tsutsumi has been named Chief Credit Officer and will manage the Bank’s commercial loan portfolio. In this new role, Tsutsumi will be responsible for managing the strategic policy, evaluation, approval, management, analysis and reporting of Fremont Bank’s commercial loan portfolio.
Tsutsumi brings more than 20 years of experience in loan policy and portfolio management to Fremont Bank, serving most recently as executive vice president at Pacific Commerce Bank in Los Angeles. He received his B.A. from Sacramento State University and MBA from Golden Gate University.
