Business Online Banking is Now More Secure Than Ever
Fremont Bank is proud to deliver a higher level of security for our Business Online Banking clients. We have enhanced our online security software by adding an additional layer of security to our log in process, better safeguarding the privacy and security of your personal information.
How does the New Enhanced Online Security work?
The new enhanced online security software is a layer of security added on to the log in process to help ensure that your information is safeguarded. It helps you know that you are at Fremont Bank's legitimate Online Banking site and helps us identify it is really you logging in to your accounts. The new enhanced online security is very easy to use and there is no software to install. Just follow the instructions to enroll and learn about the enhanced log in procedures for Business Online Banking.

TTo enroll into the New Enhanced Business Online Security, follow these steps.
- Log in by entering your current Access ID.
Click LOG IN.
- Enter your current password. Click SUBMIT.
- Complete the Set Security Data information.
- Provide a current email address.
- You will be provided with an Authentication Image. Enter a Pass Phrase for the selected Authentication Image. Your Pass Phrase can be any word or phrase, 6-30 characters, which should have some personal meaning to the Authentication Image. Your Pass Phrase must be different from your Online Banking password. This image can be changed once enrolled.
- Provide answers for 3 Challenge Questions.
- Select whether you are logging in with your personal computer, or a public computer.
Only register personal computers that you frequently use and are not available for public use.
- Click SUBMIT.
That's it. The next time you log in, MFA will recognize you and display your Authentication Image & Pass Phrase. We recommend that once you are enrolled and logged in to Online Banking, you select a more personalized Authentication Image and Pass Phrase. Please

| Log in the Enhanced Business Online Security. |

Once you have enrolled into the Enhanced Business Online Security, follow these steps to log in.
- Log in using your current Access ID. Click SUBMIT.
- If it is a registered computer, go to Step 3. If you are using a computer the system does not recognize, you must complete a Security Challenge. Please select one of the two options:
- Select Option 1 "Email One-Time Passcode": check your email inbox and copy the one-time passcode to the input text field. Select whether you are logging in with your personal computer, or a public computer. Only register personal computers that you frequently use and are not available for public use. Click SUBMIT.
- Select Option 2 "Answer Challenge Question": you must answer your Security Challenge question correctly in order to proceed to log in. Type your answer in the input box and select whether you are logging in with your personal computer, or a public computer. Only register personal computers that you frequently use and are not available for public use. Click SUBMIT.
Note: You have a total of three (3) chances to answer your Security Challenge question correctly before you are locked out. If you are locked out, contact Fremont Bank at (866) 222-7215 for assistance.
- Your Authentication Image & Pass Phrase are displayed.
- If your Authentication Image and Pass Phrase are correct,
then enter your password. . If the Authentication Image and Pass Phrase do not match, do not enter your password. Contact Fremont Bank at (866) 222-7215 for assistance. Click SUBMIT.
That's it. You are now securely logged in
to Online Banking. |

| Change your Image & Pass Phrase |
Over 10,000 images for you to choose from. To select the one that's right for you, just follow these steps.
- Log in to Online Banking.
- Select OPTIONS on the top of the screen
- Choose CHANGE SECURITY DATA.
- Click CHANGE IMAGE hyperlink under the Authentication Image.
- As you browse, you can compare Images by selecting “Remember Image.”
- To select an Image from the library, click on the Image itself.
- Your Authentication Pass Phrase can be changed using this same OPTIONS screen.
- The Challenge Questions and Answers will need to be completed to finish the update.
- Click SUBMIT.
That's it. The next time you log in, your
new Authentication Image and Pass Phrase will be displayed. |
