Database Administrator
Database Administrator will be responsible for supporting the company’s SQL Server databases including troubleshooting, implementation of physical database changes, performance tuning, capacity and architecture planning, index tuning, event and job monitoring, performance backups and restores, database migrations, quality assurance and testing of deployed solutions, and creation and maintenance of server and database documentation.  DBA will rearchitect environment to support high availability requirements including multisite replication.  DBA will create and support creation of required reports in response to business user needs.  Will be responsible for reporting infrastructure which includes IBM Cognos ReportNet and Impromptu and MS SQL Server Reporting Services.  DBA will assist developers with database design and implementation of productions applications.  DBA will provide after hours and on-call support as required.  DBA must possess strong communication and writing skills with the ability to create and utilize technical specifications and operate within the software development lifecycle.  DBA will also provide report creation training to business unit super users.

Ideal candidate will have 7+ years of SQL DBA experience with SQL Server 2000 and SQL Server 2005.  Expert knowledge in SQL Server Development including T-SQL and DTS. Working knowledge of Windows System Administration Active Directory, and Hardware Architecture.  Experience with advanced features such as SQL Server Replication, Reporting, Analysis and Notification Services.  Significant experience with the design and implementation of redundant systems and policies and procedures for disaster recovery.  Proficient with SQL Server Profiler for monitoring and troubleshooting database activity and performance.  Exposure to SQL Server 2008.

Director of Residential Lending IT
The Director of Residential Lending IT will pay a leading role in transforming the way technology is applied in the organization by developing and implementing a strategic technology plan that is aligned with the company’s strategic goals.  Director of Residential Lending IT will be responsible for providing professional level of execution and delivery of key projects by partnering with internal businesses and managing internal and external technical resources.  Selected individual will be able to prioritize and manage multiple complex project initiatives and support critical business applications.  Drive the development and maintenance activities within our lending businesses by coordination efforts among our technical business analyst, developers, subject matter experts and management.  The successful candidate will have a strong background and knowledge of the lending industry and has worked with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) such as Empower.  Additionally, this individual will be responsible for ensuring the appropriate IT framework is in place to ensure that IT processes are facilitating the successful delivery and support of solutions within the bank (e.g. change control, incident response, SDLC, etc.) Director of Residential Lending IT will also partner and consult with internal customers across the organization while developing and mentoring staff.

Ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in IT or Computer Science.  Master Degree in Information Systems or Business would be a plus. 

15+years experience as an IT professional with five plus years at the Director level within IT.

Senior IT Project Manager
The Sr IT Project Manager will work with Business Owners to define project requirements, build business case, help prioritize solutions, scope the effort required to deliver these solutions. Project Manager will write functional, technical and report specifications, create RFPs and assist in vendor identification and selection, lead business process reenginnering, create process maps, contribute to training materials for solutions.Sr IT Project Manager will track and report development status (schedule, budget, milestones, metrics, key events, risks and issues) to IS Director. Ensures that all relevant personnel are trained on processes and standards. Sr IT Project Manager will manages a cross functional project team which is responsible for all phases of the system development and implementation process including analysis, design, development, testing and ongoing support for the client area application systems in an environment of diverse development platforms, computing environment (e.g., host based, distributed systems, client server), software, hardware, technology, tools, etc. Sr IT Project Manager will have Application Administrator and support responsibilities for some deployed systems. Sr IT Project Manager may perform development tasks. Sr IT Project Manager is responsible for Quality Assurance and testing of deployed solutions. Will participate in test case and script development.

Senior Network Engineer
Senior Network Engineer will be responsible for designing and supporting network infrastructure including switches, routers and firewalls. Will provide support for LAN/WAN infrastructure as needed.  Troubleshoot network problems utilizing network analyzers and/or sniffers and other troubleshooting tools. Test and evaluate various equipment, systems, IOSs and procedures for use with the network.  Evaluate new network software and hardware that will enhance the network environment.  Coordinate and perform VPN and Firewall activations. Prepare documentation on primary areas of responsibility and solutions to problems and regular status reports.

Ideal candidate will have a Bachelors of Science Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, CS or equivalent. 

  • 5+ years of lead or senior level Network Engineer
  • 5+  years lead or senior level Network Engineering. At least 5 years experience is a requirement.
  • 7 years industry experience designing, building, and managing complex networks.
  • CCIE certification.  Must be willing to obtain a CISSP certification.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong knowledge QOS, HSRP, Load Balancing.
  • Knowledge Cisco MARS.
  • Successful track record completing complex network engineering projects.
  • Strong knowledge in Strategic Network Planning Network Design and Implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of networking technologies and WAN communications- IPSEC, PPTP, WAN, T1, T3, DSL, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of access lists and networking routing of Cisco networks- TCP/IP, RIP, OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP.
  • Strong knowledge of VLAN design, VTP, bridging, and redundant design associated with large layer 2 switch infrastructures.
  • In depth knowledge of Cisco PIX, Cisco ASA Firewalls logging of security events VPN 3000, IPSEC tunneling and other security connection methods.
  • In depth knowledge Wireless Networking and Wireless Security.
