Why Fremont Bank?
Fremont Bank has given me the opportunity to learn, grow and advance within the company. Plus, I get to work with my "Fremont Bank family" that I have met and grown with over the years.

Advancement and growth
My first position at Fremont Bank was a part-time Statement Clerk and today I'm the Security Coordinator. Throughout my 40 plus year career at Fremont Bank I have worn many hats from a Teller to an Operations Officer to helping create the Branch Administration department. I learned something new from each department I moved into fostering my growth within the bank. I always wanted to learn more about what it took to fill the next position. The opportunity to attend management training, technical seminars and high-level meetings gave me the ability to continue to develop and move up the ranks in the bank.
