Branch Manager
The Branch Manager is responsible for the operational integrity of his/her assigned branch and assures that quality customer service standards are consistently achieved.  Through a leadership role, the Branch Manager gives support, guidance, and training to branch personnel in order to encourage the achievement of overall sales, service, productivity, performance, operational, and security goals.  Additional duties include accountability for personnel development, business development and income, expense, and budget management. 

The Branch Manager will focus specifically on new business development and obtaining new clients within the Mission Bay south of market community. Branch Manager will schedule weekly outside sales appointments with prospective business clients as well as direct branch business development programs.  Manager will work with branch team on telemarketing sales campaigns in addition to building new relationships in the community by attending outside networking events.

Ideal candidate will have three plus years of banking experience with previous operations, sales, new accounts, and teller experience. Candidate must be experienced in Business Banking with proven leadership skills and an extensive background in customer service and sales.  Selected individual will have a thorough understanding of regulatory compliance issues along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Strong math aptitude  is required. College degree strongly preferred.

Client Service Associates
We currently have part-time and full-time Client Service Associates openings throughout the East Bay. A minimum of 6 months cash-handling and/or customer service experience is preferred. Prior banking or sales experience is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills preferred. A professional appearance is a must.
