Investor Reporting Manager- Comm'l Loans
Under limited supervision, the Investor Reporting Manager is responsible for providing outstanding support to the Finance Department. This position is responsible for monthly closing and investor reporting for a $200 million plus portfolio of commercial loans to agency and non-agency investors. In Addition the person is also responsible for overseeing loan set-up on the servicing system and ensuring accurate processing of payments and interest rate changes on the system.

Ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years experience in commercial loan administration, servicing, investor reporting and accounting. Must have experience working with loan servicing systems. FNMA multifamily loan servicing and investor reporting and accounting experience is a plus. Accurate with numbers, detail oriented, analytical thinking ability, diplomacy and professionalism are required.
